    • Surname; first name; e-mail address, postal address; telephone number; copy of identity card
    • Financial data (bank details, payment methods and history)

    Some of these data are necessary for processing investment requests and must be provided by the person concerned, without which the investment cannot be made.

WILL YOUR DATA BE TRANSFERRED OUTSIDE THE EU/EEA?

Some personal data may be transferred outside the EU, in particular to Guinea and the United Arab Emirates. These transfers are necessary for the performance of the contract between the data subject and GT-West Africa.

In addition, the use of cookies and third-party services may result in the transfer of data to the United States. The third-party companies in question adhere to the Data Privacy Framework, a European Commission decision certifying that the United States provides an adequate level of data protection.
